We would like to inform you that we have two free educational seminars coming up.



The first talk at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 26th features Brad King who will teach us how to “Reclaim Your Youth” by getting back your metabolism, energy and libido. Brad King is a highly sought after authority on nutrition, obesity, longevity and men’s health who holds a masters in nutritional science, and is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association as a master of fitness science. Brad was inducted into the prestigious Canadian Sports Nutrition Hall of Fame in 2003 and is the author of numerous books.
Brad will teach you how to:

  • Achieve unlimited energy and burn body fat 24 hours a day
  • Improve mood and reduce stress
  • Improve sleep
  • Ignite your sex life



The second seminar, on Tuesday, May 10th, will bring to us Julie Daniluk R.H.N., Canada’s most famous registered holistic nutritionist. She will explain how to “Bust Stress and Reduce Pain Using Anti-Inflammatory Superfoods“. The talk will start at 7:00 pm, followed by question and answer period and Julie’s book signing.

Julie, who hosted the “Healthy Gourmet” on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), shares science-based nutrition and facts in a fun and interactive workshop. She has appeared on hundreds of television and radio shows including “The Dr. Oz Show”. Julie will teach you how to:

  • Relieve stress and pain by embracing healing foods
  • Use delicious and healthy recipes to reduce inflammation caused by pain and weight gain
  • Empower yourself with new techniques to bust emotional eating and conquer anxiety and cravings


Both events will take place just down the road from us at the Holiday Inn on 711 West Broadway.  Doors will open at 6:30 pm and the lectures will start at 7:00 pm and finish at 9:00 pm.
A question and answer period will follow. Seminar participants will enjoy a special discount on purchases and there will also be a draw for fabulous gift baskets!
