Did you know that, right now, you are likely breathing only 21 per cent oxygen (O2)? This is simply not high enough a volume to maintain your body in maximum health. When we are physically active, an increase in O2 intake also ensures an increase in strength, energy and endurance, but, the rest of the time, our bodies are not benefitting from optimum O2 intake.
